Subject: BOOKSHARE BUGS

Hello,

I am experiencing two very frustrating problems with BOOKSHARE:

1. Using the VN QT mPower, I can no longer unpack books by
entering the same case sensitive password which has worked
perfectly for nearly three years.

2. I can't subscribe to any of the BOOKSHARE email lists
directly from the web site links.

The first glitch began last night, and the second has been an
ongoing unresolved issue.

HUMANWARE categorically disclaims all responsibility for both
malfunctions, and both bugs occur in KEYSOFT 7.2 and 7.5. I am
eagerly awaiting all helpful responses!
