Actually probably the reason they aren't all there is no one has submitted them.
Can you tell us what kind of books he writes and which ones are missing, and
maybe a volunteer can fill in the gap.
Any time you find that a book you would like to read isn't on the site, send
the information to two places.

With "wishlist" in the subject and the title and author in the body.
and we shall see what we can do.
I don't mind filling scanning requests if they are interesting to me.

Everybody was right! I got my membership approved couple months ago, and man am I having fun!
