There is one other desperate measure you can take, if you have outlook or
outlook express.
From your inbox, highlight a message from bookshare.
hit alt for the menus, right-arrow over to message, then up arrow to "block
Sender" Hit enter ant ehrere you are.
If you ever again want to join your happy list, you can delete the entry in
the block senders list.
Not ideal, but a work-around.
