[bookport] weird doubletalk problem

When the speech rate is at 9, the synth sometimes stutters in certain
sentenses. It's not even the words, because those same words somewhere
else in the document sound just fine. I don't have any examples, because
I can't reproduce the problem. If anyone else's noticed this, is there a
fix besides slowing down the rate, which works? I"m using firmware 2.1.
