Have you tried removing the flash card from the unit, and doing a reset =
without the flash card in the unit.=20
When you connect to the PC, in the BP folder area, does it say, "Book Port =
not connected?" If so, you might try reformatting the Flash card, and =
check your battery level.=20

Hi all it seems for some reason when ever i connect book port to my pc i =
hear a buzz sound that indicates that bp is not connected even though it =
all ready is. This just started happening today using windows xp home =
and jfw five.
I also notice that after i disconnect i must perform a reset only started =
happening today as well.
