[bookport] problem loading books in book port

I have a list of brl books and have the book port open and the folder I want
them to go to but after loading 3 books it gets hung and will not load any
more and the folder is no longer showing the computer says that book port
firmware is running but I don't see it I must restart and then it shows up
again.any answers.
