The E & F keys held down together will move forward and D & E will move
backward. The first increment is 50%, then 75% and progressively smaller, I
think--of course, this depends on where you are in the file when you start
navigating

How do I rapidly move through a text file? I used button 9, but to get to
the 82 per cent mark it took 82 pushes to do it.
