All the compact flash cards I saw said ultra and were more expensive thanthe memory cards that didn't say ultra and didn't say compact flash either. There are several different types of memory cards. Compact Flash is one of
those types. You may see Compact Flash 1 or Compact Flash 2. Compact Flash 1 
is the only type of card accepted by the Bookport. The ultra refers to the
speed of the card. With the Bookport there is no advantage to paying for the 
faster card. Any card should tell you what type of card it is rather than
just saying memory.
