It isn't a problem with the links. It is the addition of one or more equals
signs being unintentionally added to each line of many posts lately. No one
knows why this happens. If they did, they would fix it. Thus it requires a
modicum of effort on your end.
You need to select the URL and copy it to the clip board. Then paste it into
the browser. It will work fine and take you directly to the page you need to
see. APH and others have given you the proper information. But the problem
with the equals sign is why it won't work as you want. But if you follow the
process I outlined, you can't fail!
