Here's a utility I found that does a pretty good conversion job.  It's =
called DBPowerAmp.  It's available for free at

I don't like the sound quality of the mp3s it makes as well as the =
original oggs, but at least it works.

The subject line says it all.  I have some ogg audio files i very much =
want to listen to on my dear BookPort.  I'm having difficulty converting =
them to mp3.  Goldwave is suppose to do this, but it doesn't.  I =
ferrited out the lame39x encoder, but the read me doesn't tell me into =
which directory to install the files.  Any assistance will be happily =
