Hmmm. I guess you would have to open the program up manually, although I am not sure why this is.

Sorry, to ask basic questions, but I'm a bit stuck.  I'm just learning how
to use the transfer software along with the tape manual.  The first time I
transfered books, everything went fine and I changed the folder as the
manual says.  Now, when I plug in the book port, the transfer program
doesn't come up, I just get the usual option list of open folder to view
files, play with microsoft or take no action and when I close that down
nothing else is open.  I did notice that I can move books over by just
finding the book I want, picking send and then choosing bookport, is this
enough?  I'm quite confused.
