I just want to let the list know that my problems with the Book Port and the Book Port Transfer program have been resolved. I called tech support this morning, and Pamela very patiently helped me find the root of the problem. Of course, it was the last thing we tried that worked. <smile> Rather than plugging the USB cable into the USB hub, the cable needed to be plugged directly into one of the notebook's ports. So, I'm a happy camper, who has lots of books waiting to be read. Crystal
