Very true. Also, I was told that the reason Book Port and Book Courier can't read Formats One through Three is because they use a proprietary compression program whose licensure would be expensive.

Since you don't have to use Audible Manager to activate, I guess they figured it wasn't necessary to mention the Bookport. Purely speculation on my part.
