[bookport] Re: Why converting audible isn't so vital as overdrive

Except for special situations, it isn't nearly as important to be able to
convert audible as overdrive. since audible can be stored on a card and
played on book port, the portability issue is solved. Since you get to keep
it forever, you can leave it on your hard drive, or even in your audible
online library and get it whenever you want. why bother with thirty hours
of CD's Overdrive books aren't always available when you want them. they
only stay on your hard drive two weeks, and you need an accessable player,
not the book port, to play them.
You may still want the book on mp3 cd, but it isn't as vital as with the
other.
the point being, you can enjoy audible without the fuss of converting and
burning.
