Hello,

So that the sleep timer does not activate, set it at zero.
The down side to this is that if you do fall asleep or the equivalent there
of, you will drain your batteries.

It's on automatically I think isn't it?  I don't remember turning mine on, I
think it's just if you don't press something in 30 minutes, you get the
message that the sleep timer has reached 30 minutes and to continue reading
press the two key or something similar to that.  At least that's how mine
works.
