[bookport] Update to book wizard reader

Hi.  I found that there was an update to book wizard reader version now 
called 1.0.8.0.  However, when I went to check the details for the update, I 
saw a reference to version 1.6.x dated September of 2004.  What are the 
enhancements to the updated book wizard reader?
