[bookport] Transferring To The Bookport

Downloaded an audio book in Daisy format.It has placed a folder on my desktop.
Didn't want that.
Want to transfer to my Bokport.
Where should I point Bookport transfer to to transfer the book to Bookport? Are
there any shortcut keys which I might find useful in managing transfers? Where
might I find a list of these keys?
