Try putting the cf card in the Bookport, and then pressing:
1,3,d,f, the four corner keys, simultaneously. Then, when it prompts you
to do it again to reformat the card, press the same keys again. That
should reformat the card, and, if the card is still good, should make it
accept data from the computer again.
