[bookport] Problem with Book Port -- IN URGENT NEED OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

After I transferred an audio file to BP, I couldn't open it. When I pressed 2,
it said there was an error in opening the file. I repeated the transfer
procedure several times on two files and received the same error message. It
seems that I can no longer open my files. What should I do? I need immediate
help.
