Once you install from your original CD, then update the software,
you'll be fine. The software will recognize your firmware.

Hello All,
I'm planning to install BP Transfer on another computer. Are there any
things to worry about pertaining to the older version of the Transfer
software on the CD which came with the unit, and the newer firmware to
which
I have upgraded? Obviously, I'll accept the updates to both when the
dialogue opens, but are there any temporary incompatibilities to expect
along the way? Note that none of this pertains to betas.
