[bookport] New Member Needs Urgent Help

Hi,

I'm a new member here and need urgent help. I don't know what I did in updating firmware and I hope someone can get me back on track. I tried to update from 2.0 to 2.3 or the latest according to the software. It transferred al right and I got the message telling me to disconnect. I did that and the rest didn't happen that is to say, nothing got updated. now I am getting the message that application missing and I can't get past that. How do I get it working? Help. Thanks.
