Your best bet will be to read the Bookport manual. If you have used a Mac for all of your computer life, it might be a good idea to take a crash course in Windows XP as well. The BP Transfer is pretty straightforward. It uses standard Windows commands.

So as to run the BP, I purchased a dual platform MacBook and "Windows XP". It is my intention to run "Windows" using "Boot Camp". I also purchased "Parallels" , but found this programme too confusing, owing to my lack of knowledge re "Windows". All my computers since 1984 have been Macs. To date I have failed to transfer any files to the BP and this being the case, it would appear I have an awful lot to learn. I would appreciate hearing from any members of the group, who are using Macs in conjunction with their BP's.Thank you, Stan Robinson. No virus found in this incoming message.
