[bookport] How to Prevent Internet Explorer From Opening Braille Files

Greetings listers. I need to know how to set Internet Explorer 6 in
Windows XP so it'll present the open or save dialog instead of
automatically opening braille files. I've done a google on the subject, as
well as a scan of Microsoft's website, and all instructions point to
modifying the brf entry in the file types tab. Unfortunately, this seems
not to work, and I've even removed the brf extention and re-installed the
transfer tool. Regardless of my efforts, web braille files still open in
IE instead of IE prompting me to open or save the file. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
