Can't get BP Transfer to see the Bookport. A few days ago, I connected a USB 150GB drive to my computer along with a USB hub. The Bookport has its own port. I had not tried to connect the BP until a few minutes ago. Now, Bookport Transfer doesn't see it. I disconnected the hub and the USB drive and rebooted. BP Transfer still doesn't see the Bookport. However, it does show up in Windows Explorer as a mass storage device... drive J. If I can avoid having to disconnect the rest of the USB peripherals, I would like to do that if I can. Advice very much needed and appreciated. I am using the latest beta version. As a matter of fact, I just did a reinstall. Thanks in advance.
