[bookport] Getting Text from Outlook Express

Is there an alternative way of accomplishing this. To get information from
a mail message to the BookPort I:
Cut the text from the message
Open a document and paste the text into it
Send the document file
Of course, if it is a recurring message, like a daily news summary, etc., I
first have to delete the old from the document and then paste in the new.
Just wondering about alternatives. I am very lazy; I really should muster
the energy to say that more often.
