Well, if my experience with assistance from RFB&D is any indication of their
customer service, don't expect a whole lot of help. I was having problems
installing my key and called them for help. Did I get a return phone call?
Nope. I wrote an email. Did I get a response? Nope. Pretty sad, wouldn't you
say?
