[bookport] Delete command b+e versus BP transfer delete

Not using the beta stuff here. Is it better or makes no
difference when it comes to deleting files or folders? Example
below:

Using the b+e keys on the BP to delete a file or folder or
should I delete files/folders when BP device is hooked up to my
computer. Just wondered.
