[bookport] Config for Individual files

Don't know if this would be possible, but how about a keystroke which would
allow various parameters to be set for a specific file when it is opened.
For example, I have software related files for which I need to hear every bit
of punctuation.
I have other text files which are complex which I therefore want to read more
slowly.
You get the idea.
It would be very customizable if each of these files could load parameters
specific to the file. Files with no such parameters would load the default
settings.
