[bookport] Comparison Suggestion

Perhaps the explanation of computer Braille in the BP manual would be
clearer if the comparison was between Grade I, rather than II, and computer
Braille. Granted, either is valid, but placing both uncontracted codes side
by side somehow makes the capital and punctuation methods easier to
understand.
