Ann,

Use the star plus zero keys to close the folder you're in.  It's just like
using the backspace key in Windows.  This will either put you back on the
root folder or back you out one level depending on how many subfolders deep
you've gone.  you can use the star and pound or number sign keys to move
back and forth in the folders list and when you find another folder you'd
like to open press both the zero and number sign keys and you'll be in the
new folder.  Lou
