You have to register for the Web Braille service. You do this by request
through your regional library that's part of the NLS system.

Hi all -- I've never used the brl or brf files. I've seen mention that you
get them from NLS. I do use Talking Books. How to I get the Braille files
for my BP?
And anyone know a source for any good Windows 2003 MCSE books I can use on
my BP?
