[bookport] Re: Bookport showing up as MP3 player

Hi shanda,

What you need to do, is with the book port plugged in, go in to device 
manager and remove that mp3 player entry. Then unplug the book port and 
reboot. Then plug in the book port and the transfer software should then 
see it.
