Funny, I didn't get any warrning until the batteries were about as falt 
as they'd go. Hmmmm maybe I missed it, but I actually ran a set down to 
about 3 percent and decided to just replace them at that point. Man that 
was cool cause I hate tossing batteries with any life in them..grin
