Hi Larry, I believe it probably said "change the batteries" or something like that, it happened so fast and wasn't expected, I honestly cannot say for sure. I just transferred a few smaller files and did not get the message, but another odd thing is happening with the battery level. When I first checked it, it said 69%. I checked about ten seconds later and it was at 60%. I waited until the idle beeps and it said 67%. It fluctuates between 60% and 69%. These batteries were new not long ago and according to the BP having 50 minutes spoken. They are standard alkaline batteries.
