[bookport] Another issue with BP Transfer application I have

With the BP Transfer Application running - When I disconnect the
BP device from the USB port sometimes the BP Transfer
application doesn't close - shut off. I still see it running.
How come?
All my other applications work fine. All USB connected devices
work like my scanner, external hard drive, other mp3 player I
have which I connected via USB work.
Did a virus check yesterday. Nothing found.
