I suspect this one may have been around for a long time, but as I rarely send material in line mode, I hadn't encountered it before. I recently sent a book of poetry (Spoon River Anthology from the Book Port CD) and used line mode as suggested for poems. However, once on the BP, the period is _still_ recognized as an end of line character, so that lines within the poem that contain periods (someone's initials, for example, which is very common in Spoon River Anthology), result in the user hearing only, for example, "B." when navigating to the next line. Given the way the transfer software works, this might not be easy or even possible to fix, but if it can be, it probably should be. -- Walt Smith - Clearwater, FL walt@xxxxxxxxxx
