This is a known fact. All Book Ports are reversed.

Hello all, I have just received my book port last Friday and there is
one minor problem I wonder if others are experiencing.
The right and left channels in my head phone jack are reversed. Thus,
what is supposed to be in the right channel is actually in the left
channel, etc. Not a big deal for reading books, but as I produce my
own music and record professionally for others, it's nice to hear
things where they are supposed to be in the stereo spectrum instead of
being reversed.
This is certainly not a show stopper in any way, but I was just
curious if others had found this or is my unit some how different in
that regard?
