[bookport] 2 Key

Speaking of the 2 key, I'm not sure if my reading key is just a bit
insensitive, or if the following is a firmware quirk. Once in a while,
particularly when I'm exiting a folder and entering a file, the 2 key
requires an extra press to start reading. It's a very minor issue, but I
mention it because it's somewhat related to the stopping and starting we've
been talking about.
