Hi Joe, I don't think you could go wrong with sandisk or lexor. I wouldn't bargain hunt with unknown brands. I have found some good deals at tiger direct and other places on the net. It has been my experience that a one gig card will hold six or seven audible books--depending on book size. For text files, I use 256 or 512 meg cards. I put fiction, reference, nonfiction, and law on different cards. Just my opinion. Hope it helps...
