Steve Bannon proudly turned the Breitbart News site into a bastion of
“alt-right” racism, sexism, hatred, and bigotry. It has a news section
called “Black Crime.” After the massacre of African American churchgoers in
Charleston, it promoted flying the Confederate flag as a symbol of
“glorious heritage.”
The outburst of hate speech and attacks on women, immigrants, African
Americans, Muslims, and so many others, is a direct consequence of a Trump
campaign that embraced Steve Bannon's extreme and hateful worldview.
