A Bobsy Talk Email: Can anybody Identify this Bobsy?

Hi Guys,

Here's one for the registry.  

 I saw this one leave the country via Penbroke Marine circa December 2013.

Seems a Bruce Perrone from Bethal Park Pa, was the shipper.

Any history?  Seems it may have been on a 61 Osca Chassis, or De Tomaso
chassis?
