Hi,
Bob 0.19.0-rc1 is available. Not as big as the other releases before but
still some notable features were added:
* Setup scripts allow classes to define functions and variables that
are then available in the shell environment too.
* The --download-layer option was added that allows the user to specify
the download mode of packages per layer.
* Shared packages can be installed to a common location on local builds
to save disk space.
To get the release candidate you have to request it explicitly with pip:
pip3 install BobBuildTool==0.19.0rc1

Please give it a thorough testing. Thanks to all contributors and
testers for their effort. If no major problems are found I'll make the
final tag and publish it on PyPI in two weeks. In case of issues we'll
spin a -rc2 of course...
