I tore my Meniscus trying to beat out the infield single. I was almost safe.
Needless to say at 50, it was last time Carla let me play.
I had my knee scoped and the repair went incredibly well. A lot to be said
for outpatient surgery. Had it done at a sports clinic over in Peoria.
But then again, as a very wise person I know once said, minor surgery is
what other people have.
