The point is a full weekend of gaming. Whatever games the participants wanted
to bring and can get people to play.Starting 9 a.m. on Friday and going till 4
p.m. on Sunday. it'll be held in a large cabin on site. the cabins have
something like 36 months where a person can stay overnight if they want.
Divided into a male side and female side
Food will be provided. It will be basic "feed a bunch of people for as cheap
as possible" food. Pasta, pizza etc. There's a fully stocked kitchen in the
cabin.Bring your own snacks, beer, soda.
One would also bring whatever games they wants to play.
Cost is fixed at $40 each regardless of how long you stay and how many meals
you are there for. It is nobody's intention to try to micromanage the budget.
You're either in or out. Although that might go down a bit depending on how
many people attend.
It is a comparatively cozy get together. Maybe 25 people right now. those who
play board games in my basement would have already met many of them.
