Having Blackhills take on the Scout Shop is an option, the difficulty will
be finding someone to run it if Cath and John decide to pack it in because
it isn’t “for” Bradford North anymore. Wasn’t it agreed to charge BNSS a
rent for use of the building if they wanted to stay at Blackhills? Or did I
dream that? If so, we will be getting back some of the spend in the form of
rental income. Site is still benefiting.

By ‘merchantable’ I mean current uniform / badges / neckers etc?
It could be taken that a percentage of the money we are looking to spend
on the new shop is for the direct benefit of the Bradford North Scout shop.

Attached is the proposed budget for the installation of the Portakabin
alongside the Eaton building.
We are committing to much of this expenditure without understanding what
