Basically a web-based screenreader application that can be used, apparently, on almost any Windows machine, by merely accessing the following URL:
http://www.satogo.comI haven't tested it as such yet, but I think you'll initially just have to follow the audio directions, and you get something like a 15 minute trial, unless you subscribe or whatever.
I still prefer something like NVDA, which can obviously run off of a flash drive, and even supports languages like Afrikaans, but just thought I'd maar pass this on anyway.
