In word 2003, on the tools menu, there's a language submenu, and you might just
have to select all text first before setting the language.

  Hi,

When I receive a document which was typed in English, but the document writer
has his/her language set to Italian/French/German or something similar, the
English Jaws voice reads it with a accent which is completely not
understandable.

How do I fix this, or convert the text to English so that jaws read the text
as it looks like on the page??

  Regards,
