I would just add on that it might be best if you had a VI person to associate/consult/help you with your enquiries since all information processing is relative <smile> - as in in order to understand their responses perfectly, it's best if someone with more experience/understanding of circumstances etc. is also involved - that's partly why I passed this on to mailing lists, and Tony Web and them are pretty much focused on this type of thing.
