Weight Watchers Seasoned Baked Chicken Breasts  

POINTS Value: 4 Servings: 4 Level of Difficulty: Easy Preparation Time: 10 min 
Cook Time: 30 to 35 min  

3 sprays vegetable cooking spray 
1/2 cup (120mL) fat-free egg substitute 
1 Tbsp. (15mL) minced scallion 
2 tsp. (10mL) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 
1 tsp. (5mL) Molly McButter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles 
1 tsp. (5mL) yellow mustard 
1 lb (454g) uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 
1/3 cup (80mL) plain bread crumbs  

Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.  

In a shallow dish, combine egg substitute, scallion, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, 
Molly Mc Butter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles and mustard. Place bread crumbs
on a plate.  

Place chicken on bread crumbs; turn to coat both sides.  

Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Carefully flip 
chicken and continue baking until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.  

Yields 1 chicken breast per serving.
