Lemon Thyme Halibut 4 5-ounce halibut fillets Juice of 1 lemon Juice of 1/2 orange Sprigs of thyme 1 garlic clove, minced Place halibut fillets skin side down in a glass dish. Add juice, thyme and garlic. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat broiler. Broil marinated halibut 2-3 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
